During September, I had a painting in Sylvia Ditchburn’s Fine Art Gallery. She hosted a group artist themed exhibition called, “Floral Bouquet”. I entered my painting entitled Tropical Paradise. There were so many colourful entries in all sorts of mediums. I’ll also be entering a painting in her upcoming themed exhibition called, “Reef and Rainforest.” Stay tuned for the update on that!

Reef & Rainforest ….themed exhibition. Artists are invited to submit art work depicting the subject of Reef or Rainforest. Can be abstract, representational, fantasy, imaginative or quirky. Recently, I enjoyed participating in a painting workshop held by friend and artist Janet Ypinazar. The space that they have created in the old Brandon church is perfect as a gallery and venue for workshops. Two more are scheduled for October (10th and 24th.)
